Online meetings begin with a short teaching on meditation and mindfulness practice, followed by a guided meditation, and ending with a period of silent sitting meditation.

What does One Point Mind mean?
ekāgratā is Sanskrit for "one-pointedness" or the state of being where the mind is unified with its object of focus. In one-pointedness the mind is tranquil and free from wandering or distraction.
Ahiṃsā Paramo Dharma
Ahiṃsā is the highest Dharma, Ahiṃsā is the highest self-control, 
Ahiṃsā is the greatest gift, Ahiṃsā is the best practice, 
Ahiṃsā is the highest sacrifice, Ahiṃsā is the finest strength, 
Ahiṃsā is the greatest friend, Ahiṃsā is the greatest happiness, 
Ahiṃsā is the highest truth, and Ahiṃsā is the greatest teaching.


Antony S. Galbraith (Ven. Myohye Do’an), MFA, MDiv, is a fully ordained Zen Buddhist monk and Zen Master teaching meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative creativity in Central New York.
He is also a contemplative artist, crafter, and writer.
