Online Group Meditation Practice
Wednesdays at 7pm Online meetings begin with a short teaching on meditation and mindfulness practice, followed by a guided meditation, and ending with a period of silent sitting meditation.

What does One Point Mind mean?
ekāgratā is Sanskrit for "one-pointedness" or the state of being where the mind is unified with its object of focus. In one-pointedness the mind is tranquil and free from wandering or distraction.
