Handwoven and hand assembled. Made of durable nylon, double- stitched with heavy-duty upholstery thread. Features an acetal break-a-way safety acetal collar and jingle bell on split ring. It is designed to pop open if caught on something. The cat’s twisting or struggling action will cause the buckle to open, freeing the cat. This collar is NOT to be used with a leash as the collar will release if pulled.The collar width is 3/8" and it is adjustable from 7" to 11.5" long.
